Early Life:

Jay Rich, popularly known as Big Jay Rich, started her trucking company two years ago. She says she grew up with the business so fast that when things got tough to manage and follow through on plans, it seemed like everything fell apart for her.

When she felt like a failure, the one person who never failed was herself. As CEO of her own company and as someone responsible for drivers’ wages while also trying to get load boards-the list goes ever so long; it seemed impossible at times, but there must have been some sort of way out because deep down inside? We all know we can come up against tough situations if they need us to.

Jay Rich is a successful CEO of Jayrich Trucking and runs an academy named “Roads to Riches,” where she teaches truckpreneurs how they can scale their business successfully.
