Early Life:

The story of Mr. and Mrs. Macc is filled with adventure. They have been together for over two decades and support each other through their new ventures.

Tim Macc moved from Jamaica to Florida when he was ten years old, and Mila is a Puerto Rican. She moved from Puerto Rico to the US when she was 15. They met in a shoe store when they worked together. Tim worked as an air traffic controller, a job that led to various other jobs before he decided to join Hot Shot Trucking. Mila was an occupational therapist for 12 years before she quit her job and joined the trucking industry with her husband.

Tim and Mila lived in an RV for four years while traveling the world. When Tim was running his e-commerce business, Mila worked as an occupational therapist. They both liked how living in the RV let them stay mobile and work-oriented.

Tim said he had never been delighted with the e-commerce business, that’s why he was always open to different opportunities and trying new things. Hot shot trucking was another venture of Tim’s, and he couldn’t imagine it could grow so big.

In an interaction with Truck N’ Hustle, the husband-wife duo shared the story of how they started their own Hot Shot company. According to them, it was just another venture Tim was trying to pursue as an opportunity presented itself to his sister’s friend. However, Tim and Mila have worked hard to get Macc Transport & Logistics LLC to this point.
