RAHMEL
WATTLEY
Jefe
Founder. Connector. Entrepreneur.
Some people build companies. Some people build audiences.
Rahmel Wattley built a table — and then started bringing the industry to it.
For more than two decades, Rahmel has worked across transportation and logistics as an operator, manager, entrepreneur, and media founder. Today, he's the founder and host of Truck N' Hustle, a platform built around connecting the people, ideas, businesses, and opportunities moving transportation forward.
Rahmel's story didn't start behind a microphone. It started inside transportation.
After earning his CDL in the early 2000s, Rahmel quickly realized driving wasn't his lane and moved into operations and dispatch. What followed was an education you couldn't get from a classroom.
He worked his way from an entry-level position to managing a multimillion-dollar transportation account, later joining Ryder Integrated Logistics and spending years learning how one of the industry's largest transportation companies operates.
Eventually, entrepreneurship came calling. In 2015, Rahmel co-founded Ultimate Driver Staffing, helping trucking companies solve one of the industry's oldest problems: finding drivers. In 2019, he sold his interest in the company.
That same year, another idea was taking shape. Truck N' Hustle.
He believed those stories needed a platform. So he created one.
Rahmel had spent years around transportation entrepreneurs. Drivers becoming owner-operators. Dispatchers becoming business owners. Small fleets becoming larger companies. People building businesses in corners of transportation most of the world never hears about.
Truck N' Hustle started with conversations. Not lectures. Not gurus. Real people talking about how they actually built their businesses:
- How they got started
- How they found customers
- How they made money
- Where they screwed up
- What they learned
- And what they would do differently
Those conversations became a community. That community became a network. And that network became something much larger.
Rahmel's greatest asset isn't a microphone. It's his ability to connect people.
Truck N' Hustle has given hundreds of entrepreneurs and executives a seat at the table and millions of people access to conversations they otherwise might never hear.
That's the real business. Bring the right people together and opportunity follows.
What began as a podcast has grown into a transportation and logistics business platform
Truck N' Hustle tells the stories behind the businesses that move America while creating opportunities for entrepreneurs to learn, connect, and grow. Today that ecosystem includes:
But the mission remains remarkably close to where it started: give people access.
Access to information. Access to relationships. Access to people who have already done it. Access to opportunities they may not have known existed.
Leadership doesn't always mean being the loudest person in the room.
Sometimes leadership means knowing who needs to be in the room.
Rahmel has spent years building relationships across transportation, logistics, media, technology, and entrepreneurship. His role has increasingly become less about being the person with every answer and more about bringing together the people who collectively have them.
Build the table. Bring the right people to it. Let something bigger happen.
That's Jefe.
Truck N' Hustle isn't finished becoming what it's going to be
Media opened the door. Community made the network stronger. Now technology, partnerships, education, events, and new businesses are expanding what can be built on top of it.
Rahmel's job remains the same: find great people. Find great ideas. Bring them together. Then see what happens.
Whether you're building a transportation company, creating technology for the industry, looking for strategic partnerships, or simply have a story worth telling, there's probably a conversation to be had.
